My name is Kate and I assist with bookings, guest questions, and recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

I currently live in Simpsonville, SC, only an hour away from the Lake Hartwell condo, and I look forward to hosting you.

Whether it's your first visit or a return trip, I'm here to help with check-in details, local recommendations for food and things to do, and anything you need during your stay. My goal is to make sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of from booking through checkout.
